Call Centre Administrators needed in Centurion

The Call Centre administrator bureaucracy an fundamental part of the Supply Chain surroundings and liaise closely with the Transport Administrators, Sales crew and Debtors branch.

Responsibilities/Outputs:

Daily obligations (operational) Bags
• Administration of all new and present day orders
• Administration of all order mailboxes
• Administration of all order shooting according with order capturing technique
• Administration of all Call Centre daily recons
• Administration of all confirmations to customers
• Administration of credit score blocks and updating of relevant verbal exchange
• Administration of order problems and updating of applicable communication
• Daily submitting of all orders obtained according with call centre submitting procedure
• Administration of all phone calls and compliance with Mitel procedure
• Hourly feedback on incredible orders not captured

Admin reporting:
• Orders obtained vs captured
• Mitel stats vs SLA reviews
• Daily recons – Order issues, credit score block reviews, Mitel stats
• Monthly reports
• Daily dashboard replace

Qualifications:
• Matric with 2-3 years relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years’ enjoy in a Call Centre surroundings

Experience:
• Must have experience in ERP systems (most desirable SAP)
• Computer literate especially MS Office and talent in excel
• Administrative abilities required
• Excellent verbal, written and making plans abilties critical
• Must be able to work accurately in a pressurized surroundings
• Display capacity to paintings with massive volumes of element oriented duties
