REQUIREMENTS : A applicable National Diploma / Bachelor’s diploma or equal NQF stage 6 / 7
qualification in Human Resources Management with 3-five years’ experience inside
the HR surroundings. Knowledge and know-how of Basic Conditions of
Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA), Employment Equity Act
(EEA), Public Service Act, PSA Regulations, HR Policies, processes and
guidelines. Good communication (verbal and written) abilities, analytical thinking,
record writing and trouble fixing competencies. A Valid Driver’s license.
DUTIES : Overall control of the division Recruitment and Selection.
Develop/talk and control the implementation of processes, methods,
packages, database and filling of vacancies. Develop, keep and implement HR
associated polices and techniques. Monitor all profession incidents on PERSAL and
put in force manage measures, methods and tactics. Render steerage and
schooling recommendation to managers or personnel on matters relating to Recruitment and
Selection. Develop or pleasant assures the correctness of submissions to delegated
government. Compile month-to-month, quarterly and annual management statistics
reviews. Establish manage and tracking mechanisms to make sure departmental
compliance with legislative necessities.
