: Grade 10 plus 5-10 years’ enjoy in Human Resource, Grade 12 Certificate plus 2-five years’ revel in in Human Resource, National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource plus zero-2 years’ experience in Human Resource. Knowledge of Persal. Computer and communication talents. Interpretation of Regulations and Legislature framework related to Personnel and Administration. Excellent time control, organizational abilties, communique talents, Self-motivated and aim oriented. Analytical and answer oriented. Ability to effectively talk to technical and non-technical personnel at various degrees in the company.
: Receive, document and capture depart. Do go away audits. Receive, record and capture over-time. Do appointments, upgrading and terminations. Deal with housing allowance. Sit in short-listings and interviews. Deal with administrative elements as required in HRM which include however now not restrained to: Processing Service Benefits. Record Performance Management and Development System (PMDS). Proper manage of record in Personnel Section. Receive documents in HR and send related documents to E- Government. Attend to HR queries. Ensure that HRM regulations and tactics are adhered to. Sign overall performance settlement on annual basis. Take part in Gauteng turnaround strategy, PHC Reengineering and Establishment of the Sub-District.
